Our foundation is helping homeless children and underprivileged women in Kathmandu in Nepal. For a long time now we have been working in Kathmandu, where we set up educational projects such as a computer centre and a sewing class.
In March 2008 we established a children’s home: MARINKA CHILDREN HOME, because of the pressing need for additional places for street children. There are 38 children living here.
In November 2010 we established another children’s home: TIOM LAURA HOME, currently there are 35 children living here. A sewing/production centre has been set up for the women. Through the centre the women become able to support themselves and their children and make the step towards leading independent lives.
Information on all these projects can be found on this website.
